Who do we work with?
Our customers rank among the very best in the world. Some are large food manufacturers whose brands are household names but many are small to medium businesses highly specialised in making gourmet biscuits, exquisite confectionary delicate snack products and ice cream. Our commitment to all of them is the same, high quality products and reliability of supply, on time every time.
In Australia, we supply to packers of roasted and salted nuts who create retail snack products for the major supermarket chains as well as discount stores. We also supply ingredients to the major biscuit makers in Australia and to specialists in confectionary and honey roasting. We create special styles and blends for major chocolate manufacturers and we also produce our own McCadam's brand retail pack.
In the USA, we are a major supplier to the leading retail nut brands for their range of snack nut products. We also cater for the needs of market leading cookie manufacturers with special blends of different sizes. We work closely with the leading macadamia chocolate manufacturers in Hawaii as they want the best quality and consistent kernel sizes
In Asia, we are the primary suppliers to all major Japanese chocolate manufacturers, as well as the leading snack nut packers in Japan and Korea.
In Europe macadamias are growing in popularity as a snack nut product. In Germany, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands they are now widely availably in leading supermarkets. New valued added products are being developed in the bakery and confectionery sectors of the market.

Geoff Royal
Macadamia grower since 1981 in Upper Corindi area of NSW. Previously 27 years with major trading banks in project management, branch management and internal audit. Currently Woolgoolga Branch Rotarian.
Annette Fontana
Bachelor Arts [Lib.Sc] 1979, Diploma Law [S.A.B.] 1990, Master of Laws [UTS], Graduate of the Institute of Company Directors, has worked for 14 years as a solicitor in Sydney and has been a board member of MPC since August 2003.
Peter Shepherd
Motor industry executive with 20 years management experience and profit centre responsibility over manufacturing, customer service, marketing and sales for a broad range of products. Macadamia grower on the Alstonville plateau for 12 years.
Jim Duncan
Macadamia grower from Valla, NSW and MPC shareholder. Began his career in the Royal Australian Navy. Since 1982 has held directorships and senior executive management roles in State Government, construction engineering, investment and R & D companies and advisory boards. He has extensive international business experience. Currently a partner in Global Strategic Vision a privately owned management consultancy practice.
Management
Larry McHugh - General Manager
Larry has an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was Operations Manager at MPC for 12 years, responsible for the entire processing and warehousing facility and quality management program prior to assuming his role as General Manager in 2005.

George Hagios - International Marketing Manager
George (Masters in Marketing - Sydney) is a well qualified international
marketing manager with experience in the food and packaging industries in
both Australia and overseas. George is responsible for all marketing
activities and new business development around the world. He also speaks
Greek fluently.

Stephen Dubber - Asian Sales & Marketing Manager
Stephen (B. App. Sc. Agriculture) is responsible for Australia/New Zealand and North and S.E. Asian customers. He has extensive knowledge of Asian markets for Australian food products and a strong network of contacts throughout Australasia, particularly in Japan. Steve also speaks fluent Japanese.

Steven Lee - Operations Manager
Steve holds a Science degree in Plant Biology and has 15 years experience in the nut processing industry. He is responsible for all factory operations and process development as well as the Total Quality Management program and the warehousing operations.
